Refund policy

Items purchased may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product (unless otherwise stated), with a refund of the purchase price. Artis accepts returns only for new products in perfect condition, returned in their original packaging, with the internal label and tag still attached.

Please note that no refunds can be applied to sale items.

For returns, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Therefore, please do not return your purchase without first contacting us via email to discuss your specific case. Shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility and are not included in any form of refund.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days. If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank balance and subsequently contact your credit card issuer; it may take some time for the refund to be officially recorded. Therefore, please contact your bank, as processing times for refunds can vary.
